How can you do eye makeup with blue eyeshadow thats very wearable and doesn't look overdone/clowny? I was thinking a tiny bit in the inner corner or on the bottom lashline... any ideas? I think its very in for spring.

If you find a more pastel colour it looks a little less clowny. Just keep it light and don't use too bright of colours.

Do a dark blue like navy or a deep royal blue, with either gold or white pigment in the inner corners, and a brown or black on the crease.
