What to do for a formal event?

My hair is a bit hard to style one way or the other... Too long to spike up anymore, but too short for big long curls. I have a formal event coming up... What should I do with it? I'll be wearing a strapless gown...

Curl your hair loosely, it'll add some bounce and volume to your hair :)

I would braid the front into a hair band and loosely curl the rest :)
