Like the others said, trimming is the best way to keep the long ones down. Just pluck/wax into shape and then go over with scissors and a fine tooth comb (if desired) and trim to whatever length you want. At some points it may thin out your brow line, bu it can give the illusion that it is thicker as well.

Wax them n maybe use brow gel or hair spray to tame them.

It looks that's it's only a few hairs that stick up. Pluck them and then use a shadow or brow pencil to shape them.
