Either use a brow powder with a brush (a brow palette will allow you to customize to your exact brow color) or you can use a basic brow pencil like I do which works great too. Try to make them look as natural as possible.

If you're a brunette, do two shades lighter than your hair, if you're a blonde, two shades darker ;)
