Help with eyeliner?

So I have tried so many eyeliners, and they all work fine, but I have yet to try out an eyeliner that I really like a lot and that ill stick to. I want someone dark and matte, doesn't matter what kind. I also don't want one that smudges. does anyone have any suggestions? o: the ones I already have tried are MAC's gel liner, maybelline line stiletto, maybeline gel studio liner, and E.l.f. black cream liner.

I think that person puts eyeshadow over their eyeliner, but I'm not sure. That's really interesting looking though.

I use L'oreal liquid felt tip eyeliner, should give it a try or Tony Moly black gel liner, give sharp edges and don't smudge.

You have to really pack matte black eye shadow on top of the liner. Mine is never completely matte unless I do this. Or you can use a liquid liner that is shiny, then use your cream liner on top and it gives a great mattified effect. Either way, it's a layering process.

Mac's liquidlast will not budged
I've have worse issues and have tried 50 products
Mac liquid last you can swim in and I've had hours long varsity volleyball matches and I played the entire time with VERY oily face and eyelids, I swear by this products, won't budge and super dark! Must have yet the brush is flimsy but it takes practice and it's soooo long lasting it's insane!

I made my own by putting liquid eyeliner in a container but only a lil let it dry then you have to get your eyeliner brush wet to use it works great.
