You have a natural beauty to begin with and since you look pretty young, I would say keep it simple. First, you need to know your best features are. I see that it's your eyes and lips. Just a touch of mascara and eye liner will do. For your lips, go for sheer textures cos gloss or matte textures will enhance your thick lips further. As long as the texture of the lip stick is sheer, even bold colors are suitable. A pinch of light cheek color is nice.
