Coconut oil all over you hair and scalp once a week, leave on for one hour, hair nail and skin vitamins-not expensive some are at Wal-Mart for 6 dollars. take care of your ends and keep them dehydrated with a little bit of coconut oil after you wash your hair and make a second day spray using water, a tiny bit or argan, coconut oils and a tiny bit of hydration conditioner (tressume) but mostly water. hope this helps! I started doing this January and my hair has grown...6 inches I think...yeah...and I cut it once so good luck!

I've heard so many good things about olive oil I've tried it myself and maybe you should try it:) leave it in for at least 5 minutes before you have a shower. It feels really gross in your hair lol do it at least once a week.

Look for shampoos that have Biotin in it. Don't think Nioxin is for balding people. Medicated shampoos such as tea tree, Nioxin, Clinicure (by joico) will help stimulate the scalp removing any build up or toxins you encounter daily and helping your scalp to grow clean healthy strong hair. Also a trim even if it's ever so slightly will help every 6-8 weeks. I know everyone has this misconception that if you don't cut your hair it will grow, but in reality your hair grows from the root but the dead ends are making them break off resulting in no growth. I hope this helps!! Stay away from prenatals, and I would take the eating healthy, clarifying your scalp, deep condition, trim regularly and good exercise route opposed to the biotin/vitamin only route ❤
