I read somewhere that eating eggs and spinach helps. Also combing it about four times a day and sleeping on a silk pillowcase. My hairstylist cut off three inches when I asked for a trim, so I'be been eating a bunch of eggs and spinach. Hope that helped and massage your scalp once a day for 30 seconds to one minute, it helps with blood flow

Don't take prenatal if you're not pregnant. I know they say vitamins don't hurt but too many vitamins can. Plus prenatal are for a woman supporting a growing baby, if you don't have a baby it's not necessarily "good" for you. Look into biotin. If you don't want to take vitamins eat healthy, exercise, trim your ends every 6-8 weeks, clarify and deep condition once a week, don't use the straightener or blow dry too hot, use a heat protectant, and look for shampoos that contain biotin and other natural ingredients such as tea tree. I use Nioxin, it's actually better to use when younger. It helps remove buildup leavig you with a clean scalp that will allow you to grow healthy strong hair. But it will be pointless if you don't trim it 1/4" or so every 6-8 weeks. You will notice a difference! Also don't sleep with your hair up either down or a braid. Try to avoid rubber bands when sleeping :)

Use a decent deep treatment at least once a week, cut down on washing as it causes unnecessary damage, cut down on heat and don't back comb it, always use heat protectant when blow drying, but let it dry naturally if you can. Try taking some skin/hair/nails supplements as well. And just concentrate on looking after your hair and keeping it in a good condition.

Use Mane and Tail shampoo and conditioner! It's got a picture of a horse on the bottles, but you'll see a difference!(: fast!
