So I've tried a few different ways in the past but haven't figured out which works best yet. What do you guys use to clean brushes and a beauty blender?

I put shampoo in my hand and swirl in brush around until the water in clear then apply conditioner and rinse them. Then set them on a towel to dry.

I just use old shampoo and warm water to let them soak. Sometimes my eyeliner brush gets gel eyeliner caked on so I use olive oil on it before shampooing.

When the brush is really clumpy, I use a regular make up remover and let it soak in warm water to loosen up the gunk. Then I put shampoo on the bottom of the sink and add some water to it. Then I let just the brush part swirl around and then rinse them out. I use a conditioner and let that sit for awhile and then rinse them. Lately I let them towel/ air dry. Don't use a hair dryer though, it makes the bristles fray.

I take a paper plate and put some brush cleaner shampoo from elf on it along with a few drops of olive oil, then I dip my brush into the solution. After dipping my brush in the solution I twirl it around on my palm of my hand, under luke warm water. Once my brush is clean I shape them and put them in these brush protecting covers I found at Wal-Mart and store them bristles down in a cup so they can dry!

I use baby soap and cinema secrets bruah cleaner. with baby soap I put the soap in my hand and them swirl the brush in it about 2-3 timea until the water runa clean. with the brush cleaner I dip a brush in a cup with the cleaner until it aborbs some and then swirl it on a towel until there is no more makeup. lay them on a towel to dry. when I use the cinema secrets cleaner it does not take long for the brushes to dry. with the baby soap I wash them the night before I'm going to use them.

I try to spot clean after use (more so my eye brushes). I use either alcohol or elf daily brush cleaner. I shampoo them using Dr. Bronners Tea Tree magic soap diluted, Or a little Ajax Aloe dish soap Put brush under running water then dip in soap and swirl them on my DIY washboard.

I use Parian Spirit. It works wonders and smells delicious. I used to just clean my brushes with shampoo and warm water, but once I used parian spirit all my brushes are truly clean.
