Is it healthier to sleep with your hair up in a bun or ponytail or down? I usually take a shower so it's still wet when I put it up... anybody know? Thanksss:) xoxo.

Like Jocelyn said its definitely damaging to pick it up while its wet if you have to sleep with wet hair the best thing to do is braid it. Another thing what will help ate satin pillow cases they don't cause friction so your hair won't break at night while I toss and turn

Its better to sleep with your hair down, when you have it in a tail or bun it snaps when you move your head.
