So I want to jump on the.bold lip train but I'm not sure how it will look. I normally just wear babylips or lipgloss, also I'm afraid the bright color will make my already small lips look even smaller (thats what red does) help.

I don't have any because I don't own lipstick.

Get into it slowly. Start off with a tinted balm and then move into stains. Take it slow until you know your lip shape well enough to know which colors are suitable.

You should go for it! If you have thin lips, there are ways to apply lip liner to make your lips look fuller. Also keep in mind bold lips look best with subtle eye makeup.

What brands do recommend? I'm not a fan of lipstick (I don't like how it feels) so I don't.know what brand/line to look at. And what color do you think would go with fair skin with pink undertones

I'd start with drug store brands so if you can get a few to experiment with. Wet n wild is super cheap ($1-$3) and has some good colors. I also like milani's formula a lot, they are like $4-$5. As for colors, like I said its good to experiment. I find the best reds for me tend to have bluish undertones

I never heard red makes lips look smaller. A great pencil is key to keeping a nice red pout.

Do you know of any bright pink colors?

Bright light pink like a cotton candy pink or darker like a fuchsia?

Try nyx lipsticks! Pretty cheap (only a couple of bucks) and super pigmented! Perfect for trying new lip trends!
