Buxom lips is a great lip plumper or Lip Fusion. I personally like Lip Fusion best. Great colors and would plump my lips for hours. The tingly feeling it gives your lips is cool too. :)

The Mary Kay Satin Lips Set is my top recommendation! Great for guys and girls because it protects with antioxidants then moisturizers and plumps with vitamins A and E! Cinnamon does plump the lips- it is the main ingredient in Duwop Lip Venom, which was the first popular lip plumper. I found that it irritated my lips though. I like to exfoliate my lips 3 or 4 times a week with Fresh brown sugar lip scrub or sometimes with a homemade Vaseline and sugar.

I think that Buxom is the best gloss for plumping. And the general rule is that lighter colors make your lips appear larger while darker colors make them look smaller. A trick is to put a nude gloss with a little sparkle on the center of your bottom lip. I like Nars Golddigger or Orgasm.
