I don't know anything about concealer and foundation. Never used it in my life and I'm wondering what are some good products for my oily face on a low budget?

NYX makes lovely primer, foundation and concealer for fairly cheap. They have a shine control primer which will help with oil control!

I think BB creams are great to start of with. It is a product between a concealer and foundation. Similar to a tinted moisturizer.
