My face is peeling and oily and red but the peeling and cakiness shows up only with makeup it's so annoying and it always melts off. I've tried all primers, foundations, powders, concelers, setters! I need serious help.

Have you tried exfoliating? I use it twice to three times per a week. I use rite aid brand apricot exfoliator, works well and smells good!

Yes, try exfoliating. You definitely need to try and sort your skin out before putting makeup on it.
Make sure you're moisturizing as well! I don't know your skin routine, so I'm not sure what to recommend exactly. ^__^"

Shelby- from the sound of it your skin is dehydrated! You must balance your skin before anything. I highly recommend sebamed moisturizer. It has a ph of 5.5... The healthy balance of skin! Also drink plenty of water. Best of luck!

Try exfoliating.. Try to get an exfoliatior for oily skin and also try to stay away from any fruit scrubs... It might irritate your skin or cause an allergic reaction it really depends but it's better to stay safe..... Get a wash wash for oily skin too and use it daily start with only once a day until your skin gets use to the dryness... Also since you have to use a lot of dryin products also use a moisturizer so your skin won't over dry and peel... I suggest staying away from makeup until your skin heals and gets smoother... Hope this helps:)

Definitely agree with the comments above! After you do all that and you skin starts looking better ; use a green concealer (Ex-make-up forever color correcting foundation) then use a normal matte foundation. Afterwards, use a setting powder.

Oh and moisturize before putting on make up! That has always helped me with the peeling/flaking bit.
