Have you tried applying vaseline before lipstick application? And once it starta to dry, vaseline again and reapply.

Maybe your lips need an exfoliation.

Wear a matte moisturizing lio balm under your lips such as Burts Bees Chapstick or you could buy a moisturizing lipstick.

You can exfoliate your lips with a toothbrush! Just get the toothbrush clean and dry (and make sure your lips are free of stains or balms) and just brush. What I like to do when I use lipstick is just apply the lipstick and a lip balm over it. That way, my lips get less dry and the color is not as crazy and intense. Hope I helped!

I've exfoliated, applied something similar to Vaseline but its for lips and I've tried using baby lips under it. :/ I was thinking of settling for a lip gloss.

Revlon lip butter! Color pigment of a lipstick but it has a moist lipbalm feel.
