What color is your hair right now? If its dark-light brown, the only thing you can do is get it dyed. Don't use sun-in, from experience it will turn your hair a not so lovely orange! 3%?Hydrogen peroxide will take a huge toll on your hair and also works super slowly. If your hair is dark to light-ish blonde you can use sun-in (with caution!) or a go-blonder shampoo/conditioner. Hope it helped!

No. It can be found in drugstores. I'd say each separately ( the shampoo n conditioner) are about 6- 8 bucks. Not bad!
