I do :). I bought the fair to normal first and then went for the darker one. I have pale skin and both types give me a really nice colour.

Because it's so gradual you don't need to, but make sure you rub in well and evenly. I used it on my legs only until I got the hang of it.

Hate the smell of that stuff! had to buy a new brand as I couldn't deal with the smell :/ haha.
