Ok so my hair is kinda damaged. I used to straighten it everyday but now I don't. I cut it really short (up to the middle of my neck) in june and now its a little past my shoulders). I want to repair ny hair damage but I don't want to break up with my heat tools. I already use a heat protectant when I style it, and I put argan oil in it. any tips on repairing damage and growing it longer?

STAY AWAY FROM HEAT. I would suggest checking out stilababe09's tips on heatless ways and healthy ways to do your hair. She has amazing ideas that keep your hair healthy and growing! French braiding your hair at night is great and here's a link to one of her ways to get heatless Taylor swift curls-

Actually heat is good for your hair! My stylist says it closes the hair shaft and makes it smooth but don't do it unless you have a heat protectant , no matter what anyone says it doesn't damage it only without a heat protectant. Try using a placenta hair treatment it repares the missing proteins or a K-PAC w/ keratin it keeps my hair healthy

Oh yeah been here before :) I dyed my hair too much, and now it's a little better but still frazzled. My recommendation is to buy a good deep conditioner, trim it a little and just wait! Shampoo only when your hair starts to feel really greasy, and STAY AWAY FROM HEAT. Deep condition about every week or so until your hair starts getting softer and try to stay away from anything damaging. I know, it'll be a while! Stay patient and your hair will thank you for it :)
