Best anti-aging/wrinkle skin product?

I'm looking for a good Mother's Day gift for my mother. She's around 50 years old and has wrinkles and saggy skin. What (in your opinion) is the best cream or such to tighten skin and rid wrinkles?

Definitely Kate Somerville! Expensive but her line particularly her serums are amazing!

Has your mother expressed concern over them? If she has tried products and clearly demonstrates her displeasure with them, then a great gift would be a light anti aging/firming/smooth peel by a licensed Esty at a spa. Even if you find a great line of products...a fresh face is the best canvas and a thoughtful gift. If it isn't an issue for her, then you may hurt her feelings unintentionally.
