Makeup HD power is good and doesn't give a white cast, or at least not on me. But it helps your makeup stay on all day and so you aren't so shiny...It gets applied after your foundation, tinted moisturizer, or bb cream.

It's a face powder to control shine , the best thing about it is it suits every skin tone as its transparent so you never have to worry about finding the right colour :)
