Hii my is the same but it was bleach blonde I ve just had some dark highlights which made it a lot healthly looking, and I use a deep conditioning treatment 3 times a week which I leave on for as log as possible and I ve started taking herbal hair tables which are ment to help improvement in healthy ness and growing I'm 30 days in and I ve noticed a difference xxx

Everyone has their own individual 'length'... After it reaches that it slows and what comes after is often thin looking. Take vitamins that contain zinc and biotin which will help it grow thicker but not much in length. My stepmums a hairdresser and has had to explain this to me many a time when I get frustrated over why my hair won't grow past my boobs!!

Carrot juice ( your hair is composed of keratin which is found in carrots ) make sure you keep your hair moisturized +workout to increase your blood flow to your scalp to nurish the hair (blood is what provides the hair with all the nutrients from your healthy food choices

Take folic acid pills :) I love them! I swear I saw results by the first two weeks! good luck :)
