You could use those blackhead remover tools, cleansers (Clean and Clear has a nice one) or pore strips:)

Try cutting a lemon in half drizzling honey on it then scrubbing in the areas you have blackheads then rinse off it works for me (:

Stick tape on the black heads and put pressure, leave it on and when you remove it, they will come off too

Do a facial steaming, you will see a huge difference! First only wash your face with a mild cleanser, don't moisturize.
Bring water to an almost boil. Set a big bowl that can hold hot hot on your dining room table or a table in front of a comfy chair and pour the water into it. Put your face over the bowl, but don't get too close. Now drape a towel over your head, enclosing the steam so it cannot escape. I do this for about 15-20 mins and you're going to sweat, a lot a lot a lot and this is a good thing! Your pores are opening up and purging all the dirt and oil. It's going to seem hard to breath but just breath slow and relax. When done, exfoliate skin with a water baking soda paste, rinse with cold water and use a toner or astringent then wait 5 or so minutes for pores to completely contract and moisturize! Voila! I do this about once a month and my pores have never looked better. I use the baking soda scrub once a week.
