I really don't recommend the glue one, I personally used and prefer braided/sew or clip in.. You can treat them regular as you treat your regular hair.

Which glue one? You tip, or Tape? If you are referring to You tip; since you also said micro bead, but then again, micro links; which are I tip or loops which come with the bead already attached?
For you, I am going to choose You tip and I tip. You tip if your hair can take heat, and I tip if your hair does not take heat well, although, the heat won't really matter because it is only for a short period of time. Now just depends on if you want glue in your hair, which should last 4-6 weeks, or if you want an easy way to take out the hair by using the I tips, which last about 4 weeks as well, then you have the option of re-adjusting them, as with the glue tips, you will have to wash all the glue out first. So really just depends on you. I'd choose I tip if I didnt feel like dealing with glue later. And I'd choose glue tip, if I didnt want to worry about the I tips slipping later.
