I have back spots and I have only done this routine 3 times but am already seeing results
1. When I'm in the shower I use a cleanser on my back
2 after washing that off I apply a scrub and wait for a minute or so
3 I rinse this off using a back brush
4 when I have got out of the shower and am dry I apply clearasil overnight lotion and then the overnight serum to the really bad spots, sorry this was soo ling but hope it helps it worked for me :)

Hi!!don't use alcohol toner since this will increase sebum and the infection won't get better. Try to use a very gentle cleanser for oily skin and a purifying mask.. It is a legend that acne only belongs to puberty, so be patience!

I've had moderate back and chest acne and the best thing I've ever used is Nature's Cure Body Acne Treatment Spray. It can sometimes feel sticky, so I'll follow up with the tiniest bit of my facial moisturizer.

I found out that my shampoo had been causing my acne on my chest and back so when I shampoo or condition I clip up my hair. It's a hassle but its worth it. Then I usually squirt a little like face wash and use it for that.

Proactiv has a formula specifically for chest and back acne. It is sold through the site and if I am not mistaken any kiosk at your local mall. I would call their number and ask for a booklet that has everything from the 3 step we all are familiar with to makeup specialized for acne sufferers. Hope it clears:)
