I just got china glaze glistening snow, gorgeous! But I can't get a top coat to make it shine. :(. I have applied 2 coats of gelous and minimal shine. Any ideas!?

What about putting a shimmer silver under? I'm wondering if it has more to do with the base? Maybe even just plain white under would make it pop more?

I used the gelous as a base as well to make it last longer, so I will try a different base coat. Thanks! Right now it looks like Matt finish and I want sparkle and shine!
