Hey guys what's a good purple shampoo that woks really good. I used joico brand. Sorry I probably didn't spell it right. But anyways it didn't work for me. Can anyone recommend me a good shampoo that You tried.

To Mickie- do not use any blue adding shampoo or conditioner unless it looks too yellow. If you do, then it will only dull the color or turn it too violet. Velen uses it as a toner right after bleaching her hair because hers is more yellow/brassy than she wants it right from the start. Only use the violet/blue shampoos or conditioners when you are too yellow/brassy/orange.

I would agree with shaye in that the fudge is a more intense pigment adding product. The Aveda blue malva conditioner is a much more forgiving product yet is still effective.

And Mickie, only use it about once or twice a week, definitely not everytime you wash your hair. Just use as needed otherwise you'll end up with a problem.
