I can't wear nail polish to work, but my nails peel like crazy, so what nail strengtheners are best?

I heard the OPI one is great but I've never personally tried it. I usually gravitate towards Sally Hansen. I went to Sally's about last month and tried this growth polish with garlic and it makes my nails so sturdy, if thats the word. LOL, so definetely check out OPI, Sally Hansen, or Sally's (:
