After you've washed&conditioned your hair, rinse your hair with the coldest water you can bear. This will help close the follicles and seal in the moisture:) also, use a comb instead of a brush when your hair is wet. Your hair is much more brittle when it's wet:)

Don't do anything to it. no heat, no brushing, no tight up dos. I feel a bit trampy but my hair has grown 2 inches in 2 months. but when I want it all gorge for an occassion it looks better and not broken or fried and long!
