I use a pencil and was wondering any tips you guys have to apply it correctly?

Also I put it on my waterline and it gets in my eye sometimes. How to stop that?

Well a great tip is to put the pencil on and go over it with a liquide.

I use pencil a lot. I start from the outside and go in. But if I'm doing wings, I start from the inside and work my way out. :)
