I live in Seoul and it's rainy most of the time, even in spring. I'd like to find a warm casual jacket for all types of weather

I'm small so I can't wear long jackets.

Any ideas please?

Maybe try a jean jacket you can always layer it with a sweatshirt or zip up underneath it..and totally off topic but my husband was stationed in Seoul for a year :)

Try a drawstring rain jacket, not a long one but one that clinches in at the waist and grazes your bum! They look si nice!
