There's not much difference in the virgin and extra virgin. but organic tends to be less sensitive... I'd suggest that

Extra virgin,cold pressed. Heat treated coconut destroys all the healthy nutrients in it. I found it cheaper at Vitamin Shoppe than at Whole Foods.
