I pierced my nose myself (I know you're not suppose to but whatever) and I put in a sterling silver nose bone. I read that you shouldn't use sterling silver during the healing process, so what should I do? Is it safe to keep it in or should I change it?

You could change it to something better for the healing. your chances of rejection are high already, it is dangerous to pierce your nose yourself, a piercer knows the right spot that suits your nose. Good luck.

Honestly you?re fine. My eyebrow piercing was done with sterling silver and it healed fine. My younger sister has pierced her nose and a lot of other places herself and the healing process went fine. Usually it depends on your body. Me and my sister are fine, my older sister usually always rejects piercings (but that doesn?t stop her!) Just be sure to clean it regularly with a piercing cleaning solution and keep your dirty fingers away and don?t play with it.
