Product and Tool Recommendations For Facial Contouring??

Hello everyone! I really need some help figureing out what to use for facial contouring. At the moment I have MAC Harmony blush, a Sigma F05, and a Real Techniques contour brush, but it's not working out.

I have oily skin with roscea, so I wear MUFE foundation, concealer, and setting powder. I My face is sort of round and I really would like to acheive a sharper, more prominent contour look.

Can anyone recommend makeup products and brushes that would be awesome for this? I need brushes/tools, a matte highlighter, and matte contour powder. I don't wear glitter or shimmer or anything on my face. I prefer matte, especially if I'm doing a more dramatic look. (I have Too Faced Candle Lit for a shimmer when needed).

I would prefer not to spend more than $30 on each item, but will accept all recommendations because I can always pin them to a wishlist!

The current items that I am looking at are:
Illamasqua blush in Intrigue
Too Faced Chocolate Soleil

So really, any help you can give me would be much apreciated! Thank you so much!

(p.s.: I have oily skin and sweat like a mofo in the summer, so any tips on hardcore waterproofing would help. I just use Ben Nye Final Seal at the moment).

I use nyx highlight and contour powder and find it really good. Both are matte and even though I'm really fair I don't fun the contour powder too dark.

Find not fun

I apply my foundation with a real techniques stippling brush first and then after applying the contour powder with a normal fluffy face brush I go back with my stippling brush and buff it out.

You'd love the makeup forever contouring kit since its very matte. It's a highlighter with a darker shade to contour with. Since you already use makeup forever this would be perfect for you. I had this and I ran out I have been wAnting to buy It for a while!

I will check out the NYX powder! I've only actually just even found out about NYX (I apparently live under a rock because even my dad has heard of them?? xD) and they seem to have nice eyeshadows for the price, so I imagine the countour powder is nice as well!

And I have been lusting after that MUFE kit for ages. I want it so badly but it's sold out everywhere I've looked. I have bad bad bad issues with sweating, sentitive skin, oil/acne, and roscea so MUFE products are my fave for my skin. Best full covereage that looks smooth and not caked on.

I saw that they have a matte bronzer and had been wondering if maybe they had a shade of it that was a dupe of the one in the kit.

I also have noticed that many people seem to use concealers to contour? I've ben iffy lately on makeup because it's summer not, and I want the full coverage makeup, but I also don't want to look fake, is that makes sense? so I haven't been quite sure weather I should be looking at creams or powder for contouring. I want whichever won't melt off.

Especially since I will be attending 2 outdoor summer wedding this summer. In Kentcky. In July. So I have been trying to research as much as I can on how to basically seal my makeup in place without looing like I have a layer of plastic stuck to me.

I have , MUFE Aqua Seal for my brows and it's amazing, and I use Ben Nye Final Seal for my face, but the Final Seal barely keeps my contour in place now, and my contour now is very lightly done with MAC's Harmony blush.
