3D Nail Art?

I haven't experimented with fimo slices or 3D studs and bows, but I used to do my nails with rhinestones a lot, and from what I remember they would never last more than a day before getting snagged in my hair or my clothing.
What's your experience?
Is this new 3D art convenient for everyday wear?

Yes, I always use the Sally Hansen Diamond Top Coat. It makes all my manicures so shiny and corrects many goofs too ^_^
