What To Wear To My Brother's Graduation?

Okk so I'll be going to his college grad ceremony, and I was thinking about wearing a high-low dress. The "flowy" part is a sheer baby pink and the top is a simple black fabric
And I might wear nude flats or black heels with it? I think I'll also wear a white cardigan haha
Tell me what you think, or some suggestions? :D
