A friend of mine is asking for my help in changing her make up to fit her new hair. She went from brown with blonde highlights to dark with red streaks. I am suggesting she fill in her brow one shade darker than her usual as well as sticking to natural shadows with a smoky effect for night outs. Any other suggestions?

Those are pretty good suggestions. I've noticed that once your hair is darker, more vivid your features become. I would go for occasional red lips!
