Hi ladies,
Since dying my hair a deep auburn back in January, I've tried to wash my hair every 2-3 days so that my color doesn't fade quickly. However, I've noticed that my scalp has gotten itchier, and flaky! (Ew!) I had problems with my scalp getting too oily/greasy altar next day after washing but found that only applying conditioner to the ends did the the trick. Any suggestions on products or treatment that would ease the itch and flakiness?

I had that problem awhile back, head and shoulders works great. Just look for one that is shampoo only ( not the 2 in 1) because my hair was oily the next day too. Their green apple scent is awesome :) hope this helps.

I was using that too but needed something safe for my colored hair since it made my color fade :(

Hmm really? Their formula is supposed to be gentle enough for permed/ color treated hair... I'm sorry:(

You should try John freida color protect shampoo. They have it for specific hair colors. I dyed my hair red but since it faded I switched shampoos and I had the same problem. I switched back to John Frieda color protect for red hair and it went away. Try it!
