I use the hourglass mineral viel primer and it works well for me. Just make sure to moisturize before you put it, or any primer, on.

If you want something affordable I would seriously get the hard candy sheer envy perfecting primer. it is like 6$ Canadian as opposed to 45 for smashbox and hourglass is even more expensive. it rly is great.

TARTE makes a great silicone free primer. As well as Laura Geller SPACKLE makeup primer.
