So...
first put on moisturizer ALWAYS
then (optional) primer
then concealer
then foundation
then powder and blush and highlighter
and then you can go to your eye makeup.
have fun trying everything :))

@Julia but she doesn't need foundation since she's a beginner.

@Julia I heard you should put concealer on afterwards because foundation gets most of the blemishes

1.moisturize
2.primer
3. I would start off with a tinted moisturizer or BB cream (make sure it has SPF)
4.concealer
5.setting powder
6.blush
7.highlight
as far as eyes try going the simple route so that you can get use to putting on makeup and wearing it like: start with a cream eyeshadow, a simple black liner, and mascara

Eyes: Curl lashes at the base of the lashes. Squeeze curler, hold for 6-7 sec. Apply coats, wiggle the wand through the lashes. Use pencil eyeliner it's easier to start out with. Trace the upper lashline.
Blush: Smile and apply on the apples of your cheeks, sweep up towards your ear and blend. **See pic**
Lips: avoid lipstick at the start. Try revlon lip butter (half lipbalm half lipstick)
Hope I helped xox
