Can sumone please help me I'm confused about wearing the white eyeliner,do I wear it in the waterline but I normally wear black eyeliner on the waterline?do I use both?I want to make my eyes look bigger,confused.com,please help.

Wear white eyeliner in your waterline especially in your lower water line. It brightens your eyes and makes them look bigger.
