I had a pimple and I had popped it then it turned like a purple color and now its a red bump I've been putting alcohol peroxide and neosporin please help it really hurts.

Benedryl cream will bring down the inflammation and take away the pain. I usually use that and Neosporin and sometimes a spot treatment. It's my go to triple combo for those painful and bumpy blemishes. It really helps get the size down and on it's way to healing.
