My husband got me MAC's candy yum yum lipstick and I lovvvve the color but it seems so dry...does anyone else have this lipstick and know how to make it last more than 10 min without having to re-apply? (:

Fill in your lips with a similar colored liner, apply one layer of the lipstick, blot with a tissue (put the tissue between your two lips kinda like your eating it and press your lips together with the tissue in the middle) then apply another layer!

Try applying lipgloss or a lip coat over the top and it should last you a bit

Moisturizing your lips first helps a lot. So put Chapstick then after you apply the lipstick top it with some gloss!

I have the same shade. I use Burts Bee lip balm first...not a lot...just a one time swipe and I let it set first before applying the lippie. I don't bother with lipliner with this shade. My husband braved the MAC store too to get this same exact shade. :)

Apply Chapstick before you apply lipstick. The moisture will help the lipstick last:)

My boyfriend actually picked this color out for me too! Haha and now it's my all time favorite. I did buy the lip liner cuz I feel like it looks better and I usually just apply Blistex before I apply the lipstick. I'm having a hard time with Ruby Woo though. 😔

I guess the men in our lives have no issue with bright lippies. I know mine doesn't...he insist on it...saying he doesn't like conservative lip colors.
