You should talk to your doctor about what vitamins you should take! You really do get most of the vitamins that you need from your food and multivitamins are actually harder for your body to absorb so your body ends up getting rid of them!

I agree that you should consult your doctor. They usually run some blood work to check for deficiencies. As for myself. I take Vitamin C and E with Omega 3 added. I take Zinc twice a week and focus on Iron , Calcium, Vitamin D etc. through juicing or by the foods I choose.
