Okay I've realized girls lipstick look really smooth but ican never get mine to look that way I've used a toothbrush n even lip balm before applying the lipstick but by the end of the day my lips look kind of crusty lol.

It might be the lipstick you're using. Mac's lipsticks are way creamier than, say, revlon.

I always use lip primer before I put lipstick on. Mac lipsticks are my favorite btw.

The night before try exfoliating your lips (Lush or Mary Kay) and putting on balm before you go to bed, that should help.
