You can hairspray them. Just spray a little hairspray on your brush and run them through your brows...

In this case I think cos it's spread out filling them in won't work too well- if you haven't already get them threaded, it hurts a lot but way better than waxing for me :(

It looks like the hair growth is upward. I would trim them short and full it in with a brow pencil.

After trimming and shaping, I would use a primer (like eyeshadow primer) over your brows so any powder or pencil you apply won't fade throughout the day. Works for me!

To lay your brows down use some good old clear hair gel...believe me it works.
