I know liquid liner is mainly for the top lid but can you put liquid eyeliner on the bottom lid as well!? If so how without making a mess?

You can on the bottom lash line under the lashes just a bit but I don't use on the water line.

I would never put liquid on the bottom. Too much risk of getting in your eyes. Thats just me, though, doesn't mean it can't be done but I don't know anyone who puts liquid on the bottom.

I do liquid on my bottom sometimes (not often), I just do it in small little streaks at an angel. never do the waterline with it though.

Okay thank you ladies! I will stick with the regular eyeliner for the bottom just to be safe
