I tend to make mistakes on my eyeliner so sometimes I do my eyes first if I'm using liquid. But, also if a eye shadow has a lot of fall out do your eyes first. Other then that I do my foundation first

I do foundation first because I put foundation on my eyelids. My veins show through my eyelids and tint all my eyeshadow blue. I know that's weird, but I'm really pale. It is what it is.
