If there's a big difference in the colours I'd get proffessional help or use a dye stripper (may cause damage) but if it isn't then I'd suggest due it a darker colour. If you dye it a darker colour with different hair colours the lighter parts will still dye lighter than the darker parts :/ good luck!

DO NOT go buy another box dye. please never box dye your hair again, they contain metallic dyes that are difficult to get out. I'm guessing you used one of those feria box ombre kits? When you lighten hair it goes through stages from red- pale yellow, and the box dye probably couldnt lift through it. Go to a professional as soon as you can so they can analyze your hair, correct the color and keep your hair in the best possible condition.

Use a toner to get rid of the brassy orande colors, at Sallys beauty you can get a wella toner in a blue shade mix with a 20 developer and watch it very closely while its processing. this should help to tone down a lot of the orange. you csn also get a purple shampoo to use that will help tone the hair a little and remove yellow and brsssy colors. you probably needed to bleach it instead of using just a color but I wouldn't use any more box colors. good luck hun :-) it really doesn't look that bad though.
