A cream foundation will give you fuller coverage than a liquid. Unfortunately, Sephora doesn't carry many.
That said, I think the Kat Von D foundation is full coverage.

I use mac studio fix liquid an its very good as you can put it lightly and only layer on places you need. It doesn't leae patches. I ordered yesterday illamasqua rich foundation that is supposed to be most full cover liquid there is. Will see how this will work once I have it.

I cannot rave enough about Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation. It covers everything and lasts the whole day! I set it with a powder and MACs Fix + and if doesn't budge at all! Simply amazing. I would really recommend getting a sample to try out. :)

I have acne scars as well and I also have red marks I use estee lauder double wear n for evening wear when I do get a chance to go out I use estee lauder double wear max its thicker n a little goes a long way.
