Hi Asma'a,
It really depends on your skin type currently. Many anti aging skincare regimens can be very emollient and if you have break out prone or oily skin, might not be exactly the best fit for you.
However, scientifically, your skin cells are always slowing down as we age and around 20-25 it's a good time to definitely take precautionary measures such as starting with an eye and hand cream (the areas that first show visible signs of aging) and to never forget sunscreen :).
Both Dior and Korres make great stepping stone skincare systems within their lines.

I think mid 20's would be good. I started a bit late so I am trying to catch up ;) (if that is possible). But sunscreen, I believe there is no age requirement for that. Protecting your skin from the sun is always a must!
